This policy explains, in plain terms, what data Mockup Suite collects, why, and what happens to it. Questions? Email help@mockupsuite.com.
Your screenshots stay in your browser
Images you drop into the editor are processed entirely in your browser to build and export the mockup. They are not uploaded to any server and are never stored — unless you are a signed-in Pro user and choose to save a project, in which case the images and layout are stored so you can re-open them.
What we collect
- Account details (Pro only): your email address, and your display name and photo if you sign in with a provider that supplies them.
- Saved projects (Pro only): the mockups you explicitly save — their images and layout.
- Subscription state: whether your plan is active, and the identifiers Stripe needs to manage it. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our systems.
- Anonymous analytics: aggregate, non-identifying usage counts to understand which features are used. No screenshot content is included.
Who processes your data
Mockup Suite relies on a small number of trusted providers, each handling data only to deliver the service: Google Firebase (authentication and storage of saved projects), Vercel (hosting and privacy-friendly analytics), and Stripe (payments). Your data is not sold, and is not used to train AI models.
Cookies
Only essential cookies are used: one to keep you signed in, and a signed cookie to track the anonymous free-usage limit. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set. Analytics are collected without cookies and without identifying you.
How long we keep it
Saved projects and account details are kept for as long as your account exists. Delete individual projects at any time from your projects page.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to its processing. You can delete your entire account — removing your login, saved projects, and stored images — from your account page. For any other request, email help@mockupsuite.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised policy.
